State-of-the-Art Business SystemBecause of its commitment to making the customer's requirements easier to handle, Edlon has invested in a new business system called Syteline. The system is fully integrated across all functions and locations of our business. This advanced capability allows Edlon to supply our customers with the information they need from quote to invoice. We also have the capability to tailor information requests specifically to our customers needs. Syteline gives us the information platform and capacity to improve, upgrade and make changes to the way we handle business today and well into the 21st century. Current projects on the drawing board include the ability to accept orders via e-commerce and new and improved reports for both internal and external use. |
