• High-build, electrostatic and wet spray fluoropolymer coatings
• High-tech rotomolding equipment to manufacture pipe fittings, complex geometries, low cost parts and thick unstressed liners
• Thermoforming to shape pieces as large as 12' x 40' and as small as 1/4" x 1/4" in most materials
• Isostatic molding
• CNC machining creates solid fluoropolymer components according to strict tolerances
• Vacuum forming using a PLC controlled, IR vacuum former to handle parts as large as 60" x 60"
• Proprietary fusion welding process creates virtually invisible fluoropolymer seams, which are 100% as strong as the original material
• Three bonding systems affix fluoropolymer liners to the interiors of mixing tanks, columns, storage tanks, vessel covers, pipe sections and transport tanks
• PPT purity is achieved through proprietary ultra-pure fabrication processes that take place in a Class 10,000 clean room
