With a state-of-the-art PLC controlled IR vacuum former, Edlon's skilled craftsmen use 0.060" through 0.125" thick FEP and PFA to form parts in sizes up to 60" x 60". Vacuum forming provides the means to fabricate intricate features, such as corners, curved ends and custom designs.
